Our Commitment to Nail Care
At Utopia Nail and Spa, we specialize in premium nail care, prioritizing the health and satisfaction of our clients and nail technicians. We do not use monomer or acrylics, which can pose health risks, and instead offer safer options like regular, gel, dip powder, hard gel, builder gel, Russian and polygel services to ensure a safe and exceptional experience.

2-Week Durability Guarantee for Gel Services
All gel manicures and gel pedicures, including gel French pedicures, are guaranteed for 2 weeks from the date of your appointment (depending on the strength for each person’s nail bed). This ensures the gel polish remains intact without chipping, peeling, or lifting under normal wear conditions. Issues arising within this period are eligible for repair under the terms below.

Complimentary Repairs for All Services
If your regular, gel, dip powder, or polygel manicure or pedicure (including gel French pedicures) shows issues such as chipping, peeling, or lifting within 7 days of your original appointment, we provide free repairs. To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of your appointment to report the issue.

• Schedule a repair appointment at a mutually convenient time, subject to our appointment-based system.

• Issues reported after 7 days or repairs requiring design changes (e.g., new polish colors) will incur a fee, discussed at booking. We strive to accommodate all clients promptly, but same-day repairs may not always be available due to our appointment schedule.

Appointment-Based Scheduling
Utopia Nail and Spa operates on an appointment-only basis to ensure personalized care and efficiency. We make every effort to accommodate urgent repair requests within our schedule, but availability may be limited. Please book repairs in advance to secure a convenient time.

Walk-ins are welcomed if there happens to be availability.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, we require timely cancellations or rescheduling. Please review the following terms:

• 12-Hour Notice Requirement: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Notifications can be made by calling Utopia Nail and Spa directly or through our online booking system.

• Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up for your appointment, will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booked services (e.g., a $68 gel French pedicure would incur a $34 fee).

• Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, resulting in a 50% no-show fee. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may alter the service (e.g., shorten the treatment) to fit the remaining time, with no reduction in the original service price.

• Fee Application: Cancellation/no-show fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking future appointments. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.

• Exceptions: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential waivers for emergencies, at our discretion.

Additional Terms

• Complimentary repairs are limited to restoring the original service and do not include additional treatments (e.g., massages or design changes).

• We only repair services performed at Utopia Nail and Spa and cannot guarantee or fix work from other salons.

• Our policies are posted in our salon and on our website for transparency.
